1. Prohibited activities
You may not use the Service to:
- Facilitate unlawful activity, fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, or transactions with sanctioned persons or jurisdictions.
- Evade, disable, or circumvent guard rails, approval thresholds, or any other control — yours or another party’s.
- Authorize spend on behalf of agents controlled by people other than you or your authorized team.
- Submit identity documents or data you do not own or lack legal authority to submit.
- Infringe intellectual-property rights or misappropriate confidential information.
2. Platform integrity
- Do not reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to derive source code from the Service.
- Do not probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service without our prior written consent. Report suspected issues to security@greenecomply.com.
- Do not overwhelm the authorize endpoint, MCP server, or any API with traffic beyond your rate limits or in a way that degrades service for others.
- Do not resell or sublicense access to the Service except as expressly permitted.
3. Agents, tokens, and credentials
- You are responsible for every agent you authorize and every token or key you mint.
- Keep delegate tokens, OAuth credentials, and API keys secret. Rotate or revoke them immediately if exposed.
- Set guard rails appropriate to the autonomy you grant an agent. Agent transactions may execute without real-time human review unless you configure approval thresholds.
4. Settlement
Where you enable USDC settlement, you must comply with Circle’s terms and all applicable laws governing your transactions. USDC settlement is currently testnet only; do not represent testnet activity as real-money settlement.
5. Enforcement
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of this policy, with or without notice depending on severity, and may report unlawful activity to the appropriate authorities. We aim to be reasonable and will restore access promptly once an issue is resolved.
